The Heilongtan Scenic Area, developed around the Heilongtan Reservoir, is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, often referred to as the "First Sea of Western Sichuan" and the "Back Garden of Chengdu." This project marks the initial development phase of the China Railway Eco-City, a massive cultural tourism development project spanning 34,000 acres. The area is planned as a high-quality, low-density villa community, featuring detached villas, semi-detached villas, courtyard-style villas, and supporting community facilities. It provides a multi-functional living space focused on ecology, leisure, cultural tourism, and wellness.
