Nanjing Wanda Mall spans a total construction area of approximately 307,000 square meters. The complex boasts a year-round cultural theme park inspired by Jinling culture and China’s longest indoor pedestrian street, extending 520 meters. The architectural design integrates elements of Nanjing’s city flower, the plum blossom, and the Jinling folding fan, creating a Plum Blossom Fan façade. The project was successfully recognized by the Guinness World Records as the Largest Folding Fan-Shaped Building.
南京万达茂总建筑面积约30.7万平方米，坐拥全天候金陵文化主题乐园以及国内最长520米室内步行街。建筑外形设计融入南京市花梅花和金陵折扇两大文化元素，打造“梅花折扇”建筑外观，已成功申报“最大折扇建筑”大世界基尼斯纪录。
