Inspired by Jinan’s city flower—the lotus—the design creates an iconic building that is both symmetrical and lively. The landscape design incorporates elements such as a Confucian scroll base, a fountain pool, and mountain shadows subtly reflected on petal-shaped features, representing the cultural symbols of “One Mountain, One Spring, One Sage.”
建筑造型以济南市市花——荷花为主题，塑造了端庄对称而又灵动特立的标志性建筑形象。景观设计结合论语卷轴基座，涌泉水池，以及花瓣上浅映出的山脉形影，点明 “一山一泉一圣人”的地域文化标志。
