The Longyue Eco-city Mall project is located in the core commercial area of Jin Niu District, Chengdu, adjacent to Shuxi Road. The project faces a height restriction of 45 meters and multiple design conditions, especially the need to meet sunlight requirements for the rear residential areas, which imposes strict limitations on the building volume. After extensive daylight calculations, the design team proposed a C-shaped elongated building form that makes full use of the limited site.
To address the façade design issue, the project incorporates curved elements, utilizing horizontally arranged sunshades designed with gradient two-dimensional curves to soften and enhance the building's appearance. This approach not only reduces costs but also meets functional requirements while providing green energy-saving features.
In the layout design, the main building employs a zigzag treatment, making the building form more gentle and approachable. Additionally, a "Sky Gate" opening was created in the design to connect the internal commercial space with the external streets, facilitating smooth pedestrian flow. The overall scheme effectively balances the functional needs of the owner with government management requirements, establishing an independent and multi-layered commercial relationship, successfully resolving core technical issues, and demonstrating strong feasibility.
龙樾青城项目位于成都市金牛区的核心商业区域,紧邻蜀西路。该项目面临着45米的高度限制和多重设计条件,尤其需满足后排住宅的日照要求,导致建筑体量受到严格限制。在不断进行日照计算后,设计团队提出了C字形的超长建筑形体,充分利用了有限的用地。
为解决立面形象问题,设计选用曲线化元素,采用渐变二维曲线设计的水平遮阳板,以柔化和美化建筑外观。这不仅降低了成本,还满足了功能需求,并为建筑提供了绿色节能措施。
在平面设计中,主楼采取折线化处理,使得建筑形体更加柔和亲切。同时,设计中开辟了“天门”洞口,连接内部商业空间与外部街区,创造了人流动线的便捷性。整个方案有效平衡了业主的功能需求与政府的管理要求,形成了独立且多层次的商业关系,成功解决了核心技术问题,并展现出良好的实施性。
