The project aims to become the city’s most prominent landmark, located on high ground north of the high-speed rail station, overlooking a 120-acre lake. With mountains to the east and south, the site offers stunning views of the city and river valleys. The development includes a five-star resort hotel, a water-stage theater, stargazing cabins, an infinity pool, scenic hot springs, and a beachfront leisure area, forming an internationally recognized wellness and tourism destination with a strong regional identity.
项目设计目标为城市第一印象标志建筑。基址位于高铁站北侧高地，濒临120亩湖面，其东、南两侧为山体，俯瞰城区及河谷。项目涵盖高星级度假酒店、水中秀场、水面星空房、无边际泳池区、景观温泉区、沙滩休闲区等，形成具有强烈地域特色的国际性康养旅游度假目的地。
