The project is located on an island entirely formed by artificial land reclamation in the Indian Ocean, near an airport. It encompasses a port complex that integrates a hotel, marina, commercial spaces, offices, and exhibition facilities. The design draws inspiration from the national flower of the Maldives—the rose—creating a master plan that flows seamlessly. The smooth forms integrate various building types, resulting in a distinctive and organic whole.
项目位于印度洋上一座完全由人工填海形成的岛屿，临近机场，涵盖酒店、码头、商业、办公、会展为一体的港口综合体。设计以马尔代夫国花-玫瑰为总平面创作意向，以流畅的形体整合多地块建筑形态，形成独具特色的有机整体。
