Balancing iconic design with economic viability, the project integrates characteristics of the media industry with ecology and technology, maximizing the independence of internal functions while enhancing public shared spaces. Using the logic of "building an industrial ecosystem along the entire industrial chain," the spatial organization logic of "multi-modal space clusters," and the commercial development logic of "empowering industries," the project aims to create an overall concept: a media landmark in an industrial park.
兼顾标志性与经济性，融合传媒产业特点与生态、科技，内部功能独立性与市民共享空间最大化。以“全产业链搭造”的产业生态逻辑，“多态空间集群”的空间组织逻辑，“行业赋能商业”的商业开发逻辑，实现项目总体创意——全产业公园上的传媒地标。
