The project is located at Jiuyanqiao (9-hole bridge), a key urban node in Chengdu, along the most beautiful section of the Jin River—rich with memories of old Chengdu and recognized as one of the most popular landmarks in the city. The area is known for its vibrant mix of cultural, educational, entertainment, tourism, and leisure industries, capturing both the nostalgic charm of old Chengdu and serving as a gateway to new urban lifestyles.
The building will rise 150 meters high, and the challenge lies in accommodating a wide range of functions within a limited site area of 3,912 square meters. These functions include a cinema mall with ten theaters, an award ceremony hall for 2,000 guests, movie-themed experience stores, hotel facilities, office spaces, and parking. A supporting landscape bridge, featuring a single arch combined with wind-responsive curtain walls, recreates a modern version of the Nine Arches and Nine Holes Bridge at the site where the original landmark once stood, reviving the old Chengdu folk imagery: The bridge is a bent bow, and the tower is the arrow.
项目位于成都核心节点九眼桥，锦江最美的一段，最富含老成都记忆的一段，网红城市最网红的IP之一。区域文教娱旅休闲业态丰富、产业聚集，既蕴藏老成都的烟火气，有是开启新城生活的门户。
项目建筑高度150米，难点在于3912m2用地上，需要容纳10个厅电影mall、2000人颁奖礼会场、电影周边体验店、酒店、办公、停车等功能。项目配套景观桥以单拱配合风动幕墙的形式，在消失了地标的遗址处再造了一座九拱九眼的“新九眼桥”，找回老成都民谣场景“桥是弯弓塔是箭”。
